TRAVEL VOUCHER REDEEMING INSTRUCTIONS

We are thrilled for the opportunity to assist you and your family with your travel planning.  Our travel agency is an independent franchisee of Cruise Planners.

The certificate can only be redeemed for travel services with our agency “Cruise Planners – Grandmastertravel LLC”.   Any other Cruise Planners agency will NOT accept this voucher.

The value of the certificate can be redeemed when booking travel with our agency but is limited to ocean cruises, river cruises, all-inclusive packages, land tours, and customized itineraries. 

A $50 voucher can be used for travel costs not less than $2000.00. 

A $75 voucher can be used for travel costs not less than $3000 and

a $100 voucher can be applied to travel costs not less than $4000.

Specific conditions to redeem the travel voucher are: 

• Travel service requests/reservations must be made before the expiration date and cannot be redeemed after the expiry date.
• Present the voucher to the agency
• Only one travel voucher can be used per travel booking.
• Vouchers will not be accepted if they are modified in any way.
• The voucher may be combined with any other offers
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash
• When the voucher is applied to a reservation, it cannot be reused.
• In case of a trip cancellation, the funds will be returned to the agency
• The travel voucher may be transferable if coordinated with the agency
• If the cost of travel exceeds the certificate value, the traveler is responsible for the difference
• the original issuer can change the terms and conditions without notice, or cancel the voucher
