MODIFICATIONS, CHANGES, AND CANCELLATIONS

As your travel agent.  The travel provider requires that all requests for modifications, changes and/or cancellations be made through the booking agent.  Submit your request as soon as possible to this agency to execute the modification, change or cancellation.  Submit your request by email to keep a record of the issue. 

Be aware that any modifications, changes, or cancellations of this reservation MAY incur penalties/fees regardless of the situation from this day forward, either weather interruptions, airline delays, or even events out of your control, etc. These fees and charges are described in the travel company trip confirmation or terms and conditions.

This travel agency DOES NOT have fees associated with cancellations, changes, and modifications unless specifically indicated in writing at the time of booking.

Review the travel providers’ (airline, cruise line, hotel, activities) terms and conditions regarding changes and cancellations. It can start from a few hundred dollars to 100% of the cost of the trip. Contact your agent as soon as you know the event impacting this trip. The agent will attempt to lessen the cost to the traveler, but it is NOT guaranteed.

This agency is NOT responsible for these fees and penalties. This agency recommends purchasing travel insurance as a protection for your investment.
