Redeeming your future credits

Your awesome dream trip was canceled due to the COVID-19 quarantine. Your travel company (Cruise line, River Cruise, Land tour company) issued you a certificate with Future Cruise/Travel Credits (FCC/FTC). Well, if you have an idea about how to use the credits or just want some help, let us know and we can help you. Our agents are experts in working with all the cruise lines/travel companies and working together with you on getting the most out of these FC/FT Credits.

if you are trying to contact the original booking company to redeem your credits, you may notice these companies are operating with a skeleton crew and you may spend hours on the phone trying to redeem your credits. Do not worry if you did not book your vacation with us, we can assist and better yet, we do it at no additional cost to you. We offer our service fee-free if you use the credit to rebook your vacation with us. we can help, even if you booked your vacation through COSTCO, USAA, Expedia or directly with the travel or cruise line.

There is no trick here, we are a full-service travel agency and we get compensated by the travel company not you. We can work with all the cruise lines, land travel companies, and all the river cruise companies. There are some exceptions to the use of these travel credits and we can identify them and explain further.

What is a Future Credit? It is an electronic voucher issued by the travel company or cruise line equivalent to the penalty charged for the cancellation of your vacation. The voucher is linked to the canceled reservation number. This credit could be for the non-refundable deposit or your full penalty amount. These credits are nontransferable, cannot be redeemed for cash (unless the travel company changes their policy) and they have an expiration date. Some travel companies are offering additional perks if you rebook your cruise or land tour within a specified timeframe.
