Quote Terms & Conditions Cruise Planners - Grandmastertravel

Quotations General Terms and Conditions of Sale of goods and services are supplied on the terms and conditions set out herein and no addition or variation to these terms and conditions will have any effect unless expressly agreed in writing by all parties including the supplier.  Quotations Unless previously withdrawn, a quotation is valid for 24 hours or such other period as stated in it. 

We provide the quote(s) with the expectation of the potential client to book with our agency.  There is a certain amount of effort like research, and time, in putting together this quote/reservation.  If the potential client uses the information offered in the quote to price-shopping or to book directly.  You will be abusing our terms and conditions and impacting our small business negatively.  Let us know in advance if you are price shopping or planning on booking outside our agency.

QUOTED PRICE: All quoted prices have an expiration time and date.  Rates and availability are not guaranteed until booking.  Price(s) quoted include Taxes and Fees/Port Fees for all passengers or travelers unless otherwise specified.  In addition, the trip confirmation should indicate any price discount qualifiers.  If described, the price may also include add-ons, for example, gratuities, excursions, etc. 

Airfare: Airfare quotes are not guaranteed.  When we submit an airfare quote, it should always be considered approximate.  Due to the nature of air transportation, airfare quote prices can vary from quote to quote, on the same day or hour.  Airfare quotes can only be guaranteed after the ticket.

Cruise: Cruise quote prices may change based on supply and demand principles.  In addition, quoted prices may vary based on accommodation locations, price rates, and add-ons.  

DEPOSIT/PAYMENTS:  Terms of Payment/Deposit (a) unless otherwise specified, a deposit amount is required to complete the reservation for the trip (cruise), and the invoice amount for the goods and services must be paid in full by the final payment specified by the supplier (see travel supplier confirmation disclosed).  If the Customer fails to complete the deposit or full payment for the product/services, the Supplier may at its absolute discretion cancel the trip reservation.

AGENCY ADMINISTRATIVE BOOKING FEES: CRUISE PLANNERS - Grandmastertravel DOES NOT add any upfront charges or fees in association with booking, researching, managing, or modifying any individual or group reservation(s).

PASSENGER INFORMATION: Passengers are responsible for ensuring that the names printed on the invoice exactly match the first and last names written on their passports (including any middle names, initials, or hyphens). Due to newly introduced security measures, any name change including minor spelling corrections may require airline reservations to be canceled and rebooked. This is important if you have booked flights with us.  Reservations are subject to availability at the time of rebooking.  Subsequent name corrections will be subject to an airline rebooking fee.  Cruise Planners - Grandmastertravel will not be held responsible for the denial of services by a carrier due to any name discrepancy.  Name changes must be advised in writing to us in a timely matter.

CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS: You understand that all credit card transactions performed through the MyTrips Account are between you and the cruise lines, airlines, hotels, tour operators, car rental companies, travel gear, and accessory manufacturers (“Suppliers”), not this AGENCY. Cruise Planners - Grandmastertravel and associates agents are harmless against any claims, demands, suits, proceedings, liabilities, judgments, losses, damages, expenses, and costs (including without limitation reasonable attorneys’ fees) that may arise out of the credit card transaction.

(e) You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs concerning your account. while Cruise Planners provides certain encryption technologies and uses other reasonable precautions to protect your confidential information and provide suitable security, the AGENCY does not and cannot guarantee or warrant that information transmitted through the Internet is secure, or that such transmissions are free from delay, error, interception, or interruption.

(f) You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your passwords, usernames, and e-mail addresses provided to Cruise Planners.  The AGENCY is not liable for any loss that you may incur because of someone else’s misuse of your account or password, either with or without your knowledge.  Furthermore, you may be liable for losses incurred by Cruise Planners and associate agents due to someone else using your account or password.

Credit Cards accepted:  Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover are accepted to conveniently pay for your travel services associated with our AGENCY and the TRAVEL COMPANY, provided a written authorization form is received, validated, and signed by the credit cardholder. Restrictions may apply.  CC AUTHORIZATION FORM.
