BOOKING PROCEDURES

Select ONE of the following: 

1. For cruise travel only, click on “BOOK NOW!” found in the quote next to the category desired. If “BOOK NOW!” is not showing, use another option below.

2. For cruise travel only, you may opt to complete this online booking form, CLICK HERE: BOOKING FORM.

3. Call us at 800-454-3044 (select agent's extension).  The agent will verify with you the trip details and travelers' information for the booking.

4. Email your agent and provide him/her with the following information.

- Legal names (as shown in the passport, birth certificate, or government-issued ID)

- Birthdates for each traveler

- Primary traveler's contact information to include home address, phone number, and email

- Room or cabin category.  Indicate any special location like Oceanview, balcony, floor/deck level, etc.

- Indicate travelers' accommodations configuration; how many per room/cabin and who is in each room.

- Indicate bed configuration for the primary travelers and dining times.

- Indicate any airfare requests, airport departure, and return.  Indicate class (coach, business, first-class) and seating requirements.

- Include any pre-or post-trip add-on, like any hotel stays, type of hotel, excursions, etc.

- Describe any special requests, like special meals (Vegan, diabetes, etc.), handicap rooms, etc.

PAYMENTS OPTIONS 

All major credit cards are accepted, and it is the preferred method of payment (VISA, MASTER CARD, DISCOVER, DINERS CLUB & AMERICAN EXPRESS). Note: The agency processes the payment and sends the entire amount to the cruise line or travel company.

Select ONE of these payment options. 

1. AGENT PAYMENT: Your agent will process the payment for you; payment authorization is required.  For your protection and ours, please complete either, CC AUTHORIZATION FORM or this ONLINE PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION FORM.

2. UPLIFT: Flexible Payments with UPLIFT.  UPLIFT is a new option for travelers looking to finance their vacation with up to twelve monthly payments.  Ask your agent if your trip qualifies.  Your agent must send you an application link connected to your booking confirmation.  To learn more about UPLIFT visit this link: UPLIFT PAYMENTS.  Ask your agent if you would like to take advantage of this option.

3. MYTRIPS: You can make your own payments directly using your Cruise Planners MYTRIPS account.  See login instructions found on your invoice page 2 or CLICK HERE: MYTRIPS.  Note: The direct payment option is only available for some cruise lines, and it is not available for land vacations.
