Alexa, thanks for being my virtual assistant!

Announced at our 2017 convention, Cruise Planners is now in the Artificial Intelligence game, with new Alexa Skills technology starting December 4, 2017.

 

What is Alexa?

Amazon Echo is a hands-free speaker with a built-in voice service called “Alexa” that responds to your commands to play music, make calls, send and receive messages, provide information, news, sports scores, weather, and now...a virtual assistant for you! 

 

Cruise Planners - Grandmastertravel Clients can use the following questions to "Alexa":

Alexa skill will be integrated with MyTrips, so clients will be able to ask questions like:

“Alexa, ask Cruise Planners to tell me about (any cruise line)”

“Alexa, ask Cruise Planners to tell me about my upcoming trip.”

“Alexa, ask Cruise Planners when my final payment deadline is due.”
